Grove City Woman Avoids Jail In Vehicular Manslaughter Tragedy/ Koffel Brininger Nesbitt
COLUMBUS, OH—A 29 year old Grove City woman avoided jail after entering a No Contest plea to vehicular manslaughter in Franklin County Municipal Court today. A January 28, 2018 traffic accident resulted in the death of a 4 year old boy and injuries to another child. No drugs or alcohol were involved. Traffic on I-270 suddenly came to a stop when the woman was unable to avoid striking the rear of a van carrying the children. Both boys were unrestrained passengers and were ejected from the vehicle.
