a Not Guilty verdict on behalf of a client who had been facing serious
sex crime allegations involving a minor.
The case stems from a 3-year investigation of our client involving the
alleged molestation of a young girl from the early 2000’s. Prosecutors
ultimately brought charges, and the case proceeded to a jury trial.

Prosecution called an expert psychologist on grooming and delayed disclosures.
The Defendant did not testify.

with our client and
returned a Not Guilty verdict on all counts in less than one hour (State of Ohio vs. G.A., 2020).
