The selection process for the NACDA top 10 is rigorous and multi-phased. To be considered, an attorney must be nominated by another licensed practicing attorney. After initial nominations, attorneys are rated by NACDA’s selection staff. The top 50 advance to the final round where the NACDA Board of Governors officially selects the top 10 criminal lawyers for each state.
There are more than one million lawyers in the nation, which is why this recognition by the NACDA is such an honor. The “top 10” recognition indicates to the legal community and the community at large which attorneys are truly preeminent.
