Attorney Brad Koffel joins 610 WTVN host Joel Riley to discuss the tragic events at the Ohio State Fair where a thrill ride fell apart and seriously injured four people and killed one more. The family of the deceased man, Tyler Jarrell, will a wrongful death suit.
“Everyone who knew Tyler is grief-stricken and in shock,” Jarrell’s mother, Amber Duffield said. “We just need to know how and why this happened, and whether it could have been avoided. We hope our demand for real answers will save others from being hurt or killed because of bad or dangerous amusement park rides.”
