– A 16 year old boy was accused by a 15 year old female of rape
in October 2018. The lawyers for the boy, Brad Koffel and Will Nesbitt,
investigated the case, including a polygraph of their client, and concluded
that the accusation was false.

“When teenage boys are accused sexual assault, parents need to act
very quickly by hiring a defense team to get to work on protecting their
son. Rape is one of only 5 crimes committed as a juvenile that cannot
be sealed and expunged”, Koffel says.
The boy’s lawyers also commended the county prosecutor who investigated
the case and concluded there was insufficient evidence to even prosecute
Koffel’s client
