Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized 120 pounds of marijuana during
a traffic stop on Interstate 70 on Wednesday, December 13.
Troopers stopped the vehicle with California license plates at 8:14 a.m.
in Preble County for a marked lanes violation. A drug-sniffing canine
alerted officers to the presence of drugs, leading to a search of the
vehicle that discovered the marijuana.

According to officials, the seized marijuana is worth an estimated $330,000.
The subject was charged with possession of criminal tools and possession
of marijuana, a fifth and second-degree felony respectively. If convicted,
he could face a $17,500 fine and up to nine years in jail.
