Early Thursday, a 19-year-old teenager died hours after officers responded to reports of an apparent drug overdose at a home in Blane, Minnesota, a Minneapolis suburb. According to authorities, 10 teenagers and young adults were hospitalized, with several in critical condition, after what appeared to be a mass overdose of a designer hallucinogen called 2C-E. Law enforcement investigators say that the drug can be illegally obtained online.
Teenagers and adults alike may be in danger of facing criminal charges for drug possession or
sale, and the charges will likely be far more serious if one or more persons lost their lives due to taking the drug in question. In these and similar situations, it is crucial that you immediately discuss your options and rights with an experienced attorney.
