Court Personnel
First, you can familiarize yourself with the court personnel. The current judges for the Licking County Municipal Court – Judge Michael F. Higgins and Judge David N. Stansbury. Judge Higgins has served in this position since 1991 and is a long-time resident of Licking County. Judge Stansbury is the newest judge for the county, being appointed in June 2010. He is also the former Vice-President on the Board for the Licking County Alcoholism Prevention Program.
