Attorney Brad Koffel represented a Hilliard Law Director accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OVI). The suspect, Tracy Bradford, is the attorney for mayor as well as the city council in Hilliard. In this ABC 6 News story, Mr. Koffel spoke about the state his client was in at the time of the arrest. He said that, because she had been fighting with her husband previous to the traffic stop, she may have been crying and upset which led to the erratic driving behavior. Ms. Bradford declined to take a breathalyzer test which resulted in the suspension of her driver's license. At the time this story aired, Ms. Bradford had already gotten her license back and was back on the job in Hilliard.
